Ms K asked me to blog. So I shall be a super nice guy and just to update a boring post. But seriously I do not have any inspiration to blog today. Dammit.

Training today. I saw ChiShun in training today. He broke his record. Normally, we only get to see him like once a week. Not bad junior, you improved a lot, at least you bother to come for training although you alway leave early. So training was quite ok. As usual, we were fooling and crapping around. Training ends at 545pm. LUO is such a good guy today for not giving us torturous PT. Three Cheers for LUO.

ZQ is going to be back in Singapore in 8 more days. WOO HOO!!

South Zone is starting soon. One more month. We are so going to beat Fairfield this year.
